    Outpatient Counseling

In Outpatient Counseling, you and your assigned counselor will decide on your goals and the steps to achieve them. You can meet one-on-one, in a group, or with family members. Sessions are available in-person or via telehealth.

For incarcerated individuals, services are provided at Indiana County Jail. Youth services can be delivered in the school setting.

    Intensive Outpatient Counseling

In Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), you and your counselor will create a treatment plan. You’ll attend group sessions three days a week (three hours each) and individual sessions twice a month. IOP offers a structured approach, ideal for those struggling with substance use or transitioning from inpatient care. Services are available in-person or via telehealth.

    Intervention

If you have a loved one struggling with substance use who needs help but hasn’t reached out, our clinical team can assist. A counselor will meet with you and your family to assess the situation, provide education, and develop a plan to talk to your loved one. The goal is to help them enter treatment.
